Churchill Cellars Ltd. was incorporated in January 1984 under its original name of Michel Reichart Agencies Inc. We represent international suppliers of wines, spirits and beer in the province of Ontario, Canada and in 1999, we established a division in Atlantic Canada. In Ontario, we work with a variety of producers including Independent Distillers, Michael David Winery, Groupe Patriarche, Segura Viudas (Freixenet), d’Arenberg, Bertani, Bodegas Chivite, Wente Vineyards, Casa Silva, Caliterra, Dow’s, Viu Manent, Alsace Willm and others.

Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Churchill Dauphinee in Atlantic Canada, we also also work with Antinori, Zonin, Santa Rita, Familia Zuccardi, Yvon Mau and Pumphouse Brewery

As a promotional agent for wines, spirits and beer, we work with the
Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) , Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC), Alcool NB Liquor, Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission and Newfoundland Liquor Corporation. These are the government agencies that control the selection, purchasing, warehousing, distribution and retailing of alcoholic beverages in eastern Canada. We maintain excellent relationships with each liquor board and ensure that the products we represent are listed and stocked at their retail outlets.

Churchill Cellars Ltd. actively promotes the sale of its suppliers' brands through hotels, restaurants, clubs, caterers and to its private clientele. We have a bi-weekly newsletter, The Imbiber's Report, which features information about our new Vintages products, recent media reviews, special offers (such as Limited Time Offers, Exclusive Tastings, Events and Bonus Air Miles), consignment wines and general news. The Imbiber's Report is distributed to over 1,500 customers and continues to grow. The Company offers extensive product support to the trade including consultation, staff training and P.O.S materials. We have an in-house marketing capability with considerable depth in advertising, printing and promotion to ensure that all brands recieve appropriate attention.
