Potato Casserole

Ingredients
 
5 large potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 3oz package cream cheese
1 tsp chives (chopped)
Pepper (to taste)
Grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

Boil and mash potatoes.  Blend rest of ingredients except grated Parmesan cheese together and add to potatoes.  Put mixture into buttered casserole dish and cook for 30 minutes @350F.  Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.  Can be prepared ahead and frozen if desired.
