Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscatel are fermented separately to create the still wines that are then blended together.  After undergoing a second fermentation, small, freshly-picked, intensely flavoured Patagonian strawberries (from the foot of the Andes) are added to the natural sparkling wine. 

The result is a fruity, fresh and delicious all natural sparkling wine with only 8% alcohol.

TASTING NOTES: Pale pink with strawberry hues and a moderate mousse; distinct aromas of strawberry, cherry and citrus; the palate is off-dry and medium body with well-balanced flavours of sweet strawberry, cherry candy and citrus. Fresita is best served chilled by itself or alongside hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
